do yourself a favor and go watch eternal sunshine of the spotless mind. it is one of the most original and honest films i have seen in a long time. and it’s beautiful and it’s brilliant and charlie kaufman is a genius and he has definitely proven himself over and over again.
there’s definitely an existentialist aspect of the film that can be depressing, but doesn’t necessarily have to be. the film brings up the questions of memory and identity, but above all, it’s really about love, in a refreshingly honest way. it’s good, i loved it.
